1990 Honda Civic DX won't start.?

I just did that recently on my 91 Honda Accord. One you may have blown a fuse if you do then the cars dash probably won't light up, and second if you live in place where it gets cold enough to snow try this: in the cold sometimes the grease and dirt can solidify and harden up and then will not allow the starter to turn over. You may want to try this especially if you hear the solenoid click but the engine won't turn over.
