Ok so guys will you help me out i really like this guy but he lives 8 hours away from me?

ok so i went to sacremento last summer and we went to and old friends house and there kids were so different looking from the last time i saw them..... they have this son hwo is 2 years older than me but he is so nice and just a really nice guy....i found myself really liking him....but he doesnt know.. i need to know if i should talk to him about it???? so will you please help.
