I can't keep a steady girlfriend because my manhood is too big, what do I do?

Before you people say oh your lucky and stop complaining, it's a harsh reality for some like me. Obviously it looks good but women complain I hurt them when we make love and they don't want to do it again. Is there anything I can do? Is there any way I could make it small through surgery?
