Looking for an attorney,to represent a single mother of 4,for 2 different objectives.?

Need legal advice and or representation,for back child support from 2 working,deadbeat fathers.And,because of lack of support,I'd found myself in a difficult situation.And now,the state of Louisiana has custody of my children.Because,I left his children with him,for 11/2 to 2 wks.Until,I could find a place for all of us to stay.I am not from here,I just lost my mother,so I don't have any family to fall back on.Leaving my children with their father was my only option.I am now being charged with,abandonment,neglect,and abuse,after their father turned me into O.C.S. The state justifies these charges,due to the father being abusive towards me.And now the state has me jumping thru hoops,to get my kids back.And the father refuses to cooperate with anybody or anything.And doesn't have to do any of the things that I'm having to do,to see the kids.Yet he's the reason for the kids being taken from me in the first place!He's just gotten out of prison,already been arrested twice since. outsider!!
