Can a person with dry skin turn to oily skin with a moisturizer?

try a lighter moisturizer, are you using heavy cream? I think you should not use toner twice a day. I had the same type of skin and wash face every night with baby wipes (they do a great job!) and then exfoliate once a week and use a light moisturizer morning and night. If my skin is real dry I use Hope in a jar at night
