D2 to d2 transfer rules for football?

If you transfer within the same division (which d2 to d2 is) you must sit out one year before you are eligible to play. This also holds true when transferring up in divisions (i.e. d2 to d1). If you transfer down in divisions (i.e. d1 to d2) you are eligible to play immediately.
