Where is the Cameron Highlands in relation to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia?

Going to Malaysia in December, checked several maps couldn't find Cameron Highlands. Need to know time/distance from Kuala Lumpur so I can plan my trip. Also if anyone knows a tour company based in KL and a nice reasonable hotel in the Highlands? Thanks!!!!
