Please rate/fix Yu-Gi-Oh! Deck?

Pretty good but most cards are illegal in tournaments like monster reborn i also suggest getting some higher hitters like Luster Dragon to go good with the wind charmers and some other good level 4 or lower monsters to mach all the charmers so they can be summoned when in a pinch. I am not going to give u a list of cards u should use because then it would be called my deck
