Should I give my dog to him?

My American Bulldog has been fighting with my APBT since the day she walked into the house. I moved her and her pups to my boyfriends house to stop the fighting. Her pups have been weaned and are on their way to their new homes. Well whenever I go to visit her, she doesn't even acknowledge the fact that I'm there. She has been living with my boyfriend for a month and she doesn't even listen to me like she used to. If I say "Athena lets go for a walk" she wont even lift her head but if my boyfriend says it she jumps up as if she heard a gunshot. In my heart I feel that she will be happier over there than at my house. Should I let Louis have her? He and his family have become quite attached to her. In the end I know that it's my decision but I just want to hear other people's opinion
