I am recovering from anorexia, and i was wondering if fast food is good to include in my diet?
Alright well I currently weigh around 100, I am 5'6.5", 13, and a male. Would it be good to add fast food into my diet now? Or should I wait a while till i add stuff like that? Cause i know that most people my age eat fast food at least once in a while, so i wanted to know what i should do? Also are there any suggestions of fast food that is relitively nutritious? Because i dont want to just pump myself with empty calories. Also i'm still not making much progress in my recovery, so I'm still kinda afraid of empty calories and fast food and the like. Well... does it matter if i have healthy calories? Or is it all the same when i'm trying to gain weight? let me know! thanks!
