After giving the gre exam which exam be cleared toefl or ielts?

i am an engineering student of electronics and communication, my cgpa is 8.67/10.0.I have ped from st. thomas college of engineering and technology of west bengal university of technology. I want to take master degree from canada on nanotechnology can i do this? Please give the list of universities of canada where this is present in master degree.
