Diarrhea cause of drinking?

Ok, I just had diarrhea for the past three days, is the reason I got it is because I drank this Scottish whiskey for those days? It was from my great grandparents and it looks older than 100 years lol. and I'm only 16,I've had othe achocolic beverages before, but could the whiskey be the cause?
