Do you think he has feelings for me & what should I do with this situation?

ok this a little off the wall....fine out some insight to him but do not let him know that's what your trying to do...ie.just b chatting with him and ask him if you asked him to dress up like a girl with you would he do it ? im sure you have wondered if he is gay but you cant just come right out and ask him that because he thinks he only bi so he will say no im not gay...i could be wrong there is other things that could be up there...when most people say they just want to be friends after a Moment of Pion there a not really into you and try to cover it with a lame Store of i have to many things going on right know or i have issue to work out and it wouldn't be fair to you....im sure you have seen them before
