I want to major in ''Radio & Television Broadcasting'' but the thing is i?

I want to major in ''Radio & Television Broadcasting'' but the thing is i don't have a high enough gpa to attend a uni. right away so i was wondering if i could go to my comm. college for 2 years and then right after i go to a uni. doing two years to finish up getting my bachelor's degree? or do i have to go to a uni. right away for the entire 4 years?
