Is my Mortgage Broker scamming me?

Good Question when you find out let me know please lol this would be the lender you are referring to right...I didn't know we had to watch out for the lender as well ? Im looking for a home t buy and I got preaproved from him already but he never had us sign anything so far ? when does that come into place ? I thought we would have had to sign something by now ? or is it until you buy the home? he gave me a gfe BUT never mentioned anything about what he's getting ? OMG Im getting scared lol cause I just dumped my agent for not trusting him and some issue's.....If you learn anything new LET me know please.
