What Civil Laws can be used against managers who hared people into quitting?

Former COS's have said most managers(except EL,Business Manager, and EV,co-Club Manager)have transferred: Sam's Club in Utah(former Club Manager,male, and Receiving Manager,female),one in Sam's Club in Fresno(former co-Club Manager) California,another in Valencia(former Club Manager) California. In 2005 a male,around 72 years old and 1950s US Air Force Veteran, and a female,around 75 years old,were fired to be replaced with younger and lowered paid people(No proof given). The Club Manager,formerly known as General Manager,went to Utah in 2006. Allegations that he(Sam's Club manager of the year: 2005) kept the bonus to managers-only,has not been refuted. In 2006 a male and a female with almost 20 years were forced to quit. The female was spoken to in 2007 and will not press charges as no-one wanted to be a witness. In April 2007 management, the male Club Manager and female Business Manager,said they had a Surveillance Camera Video Tape used to fire a Tire Shop ociate(He worked there for over 16 years). They refused to show their evidence and so a blank Involuntary Termination was given. The male Club Manager is possibly at Valencia California Sam's Club while the female Business Manager is still there. 2008 a female in the Marketing Department was fired stating she was "rude" by the Team Lead who might be in the Photo Lab Department. 2008 AJ was fired from the Cafe with a questionable accusation. ------In the name of justice, will Wal-Mart's Global Ethics and Legal Divisions along with their critics have an open investigation to show proof that Corporate Transparency works and Global Ethics are validated?
